Official Rules

Entries must be received by the deadline indicated in the chart below to be eligible for that drawing and all subsequent drawings. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 AM (ET) on 10/15/08 to be eligible for the final drawing. Limit one entry per email address throughout the duration of the program. If more than one entry is received per person throughout the duration of the program, only the first such entry received will be eligible.

1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 14 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Suburban One Sports, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
2. RANDOM DRAWINGS: 20 winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about the 10/15/2008, from among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 AM (ET) on 10/15/08 . Random drawings will be conducted by SuburbanOneSports.com, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning in each drawing will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the deadline for that drawing.
3. PRIZES: 20 Prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $40.00 will be awarded as follows as each prize will consist of two tickets. Limit one prize per person or household.
4. GENERAL RULES: Winners will be notified by email. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winner s’ list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.
