A message to our loyal viewers:

Thanks so much for your support of SuburbanOneSports.com over the years. During its seven years of operation, the site has experienced the kind of growth we couldn’t have anticipated when the two of us – Mary Jane Souder and Donna Longacre – started the site in the fall of 2007.

As basically a three-person operation with a few freelancers, the workload has become unmanageable, and we need additional help if we hope to continue as we have been. We appreciate the continued support we receive from sponsors, advertisers and viewers who purchase photo products, and we continue to need and value your support. However, the bulk of that income has been spent to increase coverage on the site, and that is not a long-term solution.

In September of 2014, we implemented a subscription service for ‘premium’ articles to help supplement the costs of operating SuburbanOneSports.com. Many of the items on the site will continue to be offered to view free of charge – photos, scores, standings, Univest Featured Athletes, sponsored articles, provided items. The labor-intensive items such as Alumni Updates, game wraps and notebooks will require a subscription to access after the initial 24-hour period those articles are posted on the site.

At the present time, all premium articles will be available to view for 48 hours but after that will require a subscription to access.

We ask for your continued support by subscribing, which will allow us to continue to provide the level of coverage we are currently providing while also looking into new ways to improve our service in the future.
