Lower Moreland defeated Jenkintown 8-0 in their season opener. Overall this was an entire team effort which pleased Coach Janet Lutter. “The girls have been working hard for the past two weeks and today showed that”. Junior midfielder Jess Pachman led the Lady Lions with 2 goals and 1 assist. The other 6 Lower Moreland goals were scored by Bri Rocha, Mady Link, Liz Neeld, Jess Shein, Ashley Avington, and Skylar Lowry. This was an entire team effort which will be a key to the Lions success this season. Neeld also contributed 2 assists with Haley Keller and Mia Karros each with an assist of their own. They will face Upper Moreland next Tuesday in their first Suburban One league game.
