Plymouth Whitemarsh Comments
PW went into Abington and came out victorious in a 4 set battle winning 3-1 (25-18, 24-26, 25-21, 25-12). This win sets up a battle of unbeatens in league play on Thursday when PW hosts New Hope Solebury. Natalie Small went on a long service run in the 4th set to solidify the win. She had 11 aces, 4 kills and 7 blocks on the day. Amanda Busk ended the day with 4 blocks and 3 kills. Neve Straff notched 8 kills and 14 digs. Caroline Veon had 5 aces and 8 digs and finally the setting duo of seniors Rylie Watton and Ryenn Mamrosch combined for 6 aces and 23 assists. It was nice to come away with a tough fought win. Our team really needed the experience of winning a match like that! I was happy with how our team responded to a team and crowd that are very energetic during a match. PW 7-0, 4-0 in league
